Cooling - Heat Pipe Heat Exchangers

Calienté is developing a new line of heat exchangers with heat pipes as the core, allowing our customers to handle high ambient heat loads in a much lighter, more compact footprint. The units can be used as a completely passive system, or the efficiency can be increased by the addition of impellers.  The lighter package eliminates the concern with bending door hinges, and quieter fans or impellers can often be used where noise constraints are an issue.

Calienté has already prototyped a 3000W unit, and as enclosure sizes continue to decrease while loads increase, Calienté will continue development on this exciting new technology.
