Calienté offers the Frio line of programmed and programmable electronic controllers heaters and thermoelectric coolers. Programmed controls are small enough to be mounted on the cooler shroud, providing a compact, plug and play cooling and heating solution for small to medium sized enclosures and kiosks. Calienté also offers a programmable version that is ideal for bench testing, or for systems that require different setpoints dependent upon the environment they are being deployed in.

electronic-controls-1 Features of the Frio electronic controls include ramped startup to lower thermal stresses on the system, which extends overall life of the cooler/heater. There is also an alarm out capability, variable hysteresis, and is usable across multiple DC voltages (18-60VDC).
