Assemblies/Kit/Enclosure Build

Beyond thermal systems, Calienté also offers enclosure and kit build services for our customers. We can assist on design, sourcing, assembly, burn in testing and drop shipment of small enclosures.  

We have provided field service kits for a major residential furnace manufacturer, full heated battery trays for snap into place for telecom cabinet manufacturers, thermal target signatures for the military, as well as plug and play TE heater/cooler/control systems.

Recently, we partnered with a company to fully assemble Bluetooth-enabled traffic monitoring systems, including enclosure, solar panel and charging system, electronic controls, antennas, batteries and mounting hardware. Each system is fully burn-in tested, serialized before being dropped shipped to customers all over the globe.
