Calienté offers heaters, coolers and variable resistor expertise to the transportation market. Our heaters are used for defogging as well as in new hybrid and fuel cell developments, where cold weather can affect the output of the batteries or fuel cells. These pad style heaters are optimal for applications where space is at an absolute premium. They are also ideal for tank heaters in recreational vehicles.
Calienté has also taken our expertise in printed thick film technology to the switch market, offering printed potentiometers and variable resistors to the most exacting of tolerances. Such switches are used in mirror, seat, climate and intermittent wiper controls.
